Amira’s Painting Ltd. warrants all labour and material for a period of three years. This warranty is conditioned upon the owner having paid full sums due under this agreement, including any extras. If paint failure occurs during the warranty period due to improper workmanship performed by Amira’s Painting Ltd, we will supply labour and materials to correct the conditions.

Any claim under this warranty must be made by notifying Amira’s Painting within 2 weeks of discovery of such conditions. This warranty specifically excludes damages caused by accidents, abuse, weather changes such as temperature changes or excessive moisture, cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction, defective building materials or faulty workmanship by others. This warranty does not include exterior surfaces that are stained such as stained decks/sidings sun exposed varnishes and walk-on surfaces.
